Today I am going to share something off Kiwi Kids news. We had to pick one and then make an article about it. I chose one about some Indian brothers that made a hot wheels track with 10 loops and broken the world record. There were recall Questions and thinking questions. We first had to do the recall questions and then the next day we had to do the thinking questions. Here is my link to the article. In reading W.A.L.T use prior knowledge and knowledge gained from texts to learn about water safety.
The Gryffindor group and Slytherin group had been doing work about water safety. I am in the Gryffindor group. We had to read the text first then make the poster. I started writing short sentences and then added images. I have learnt that I need to have my parents permission to go in the water. Staying safe in the water means like what you will need and what you will need to do from staying out from danger in the water! You have to go with a friend or with a professional surfer when you are surfing. Wear sunblock so you don't get sunburnt. Here is my poster.

Hey readers, today I am going to share a story. It was made by Feana Tu‘akoi, tyui. The story was about 2 brothers getting punished by spearing their dad. The people let them go to the waterhole. The 2 brothers hit a man with a spear and the man could not walk properly.The watering hole has a creature and the 2 brothers had to get water from the waterhole. Their dad was angry at the 2 brothers. Then they had to go somewhere far away to go south.
