Swimming

 I liked learning about frog legs because we had to swim like a frog. We also learnt what we had to do when we are caught in a rip which is a hing that sucks you down to the bottom. My favorite thing was to stroke to the deep end of the pool. I have forgotten the other swimming moves.  My goal is swimming to the deep end without a swim board.  I have achieved my goal and I am very happy with it. 

Yavnit The Ancient Temple Narrative Writing

Today we have been doing narrative writing about a story. We had to choose what story we want and it does not have to be a story in a book. We all made up a story and then started to write. Before we started to write, we first had to put parts of our story into template. We ha had a beginning, middle, Problem, Resolution and a ending into our story. We had to use descriptive words in our story so it is not a boring story that no one wants to read.  Narrative writing is about entertaining the reader and show an exciting scene of our story.  My story is a long writing with 3 pages. We had to choose to write our story on our template or on a new google docs.  Here is my story.

Narrative writing organizer

Today we are doing a narrative writing organizer. We had to chose a fairy tale for our narrative writing. I chose to do the three little pigs. we had to put in the main characters in the story three little pigs. The setting is where the story will take place. My holidays

 Hey readers, 

In the holidays, on Saturday I went to Hanmer springs to go to the pools for a swim. When we got there I got changed and we first went to the hot pools. It was a hot day. Then we went to a big pool which was a playground. It was very cold once a got out of the pools. There was  many more hot pools and when we went to one of the other hot pools, there was a river going to another hot pool. we went down to see the other hot pool. The sun was shining on a rock and I was smart and sat on that rock with the sun shining on me. My big brother wanted to go down the big slide and asked my mum. Then my mum said to my dad to go down the big slide and then he said yes. But my brother said no but my dad said do you want to go. I am looking forward to my dad if he is planning to go to Fiji to a nice place that he knows.

Descriptive writing

 Hey readers,

We have been doing a descriptive writing about a Spacecraft or a tree house. I picked a tree house because I think nature is a good way to explore. We chose whatever character we want in our story. I chose a mouse because I like mouses. Here is my descriptive writing. 

I was in my house until a mad scientist put me in a machine that turned me into a rat. He grabbed me and put me in an old treehouse with no food and water. I can hear a river near by the treehouse. The tree house was so big I fell right off the ladder while going down. I went in a search of food. I only saw some fruit growing on the trees. They were to high up and I could not get them. One person came by and then pickup the fruit and then one fell.I quickly grabbed it and ran straight into the treehouse. I ate up the fruit and went straight to the river near by. As I was walking towards the river I noticed that there was a friendly baby fox lying down. I could not leave him so I picked up the fox and walked to the river. Before I picked him up, I noticed he got shrunken into a small fox that was about the size of me.When we made it, the fox jumped with joy and went to the river and starting to drink furiously. I was starting to get cold so I drank some water and then went to the treehouse. The fox was smelling bad and looked very bad. I can still taste the fruit in my mouth. I see a string along the 2 trees. I went under it and the string felt really hot so I jumped with burning feeling and started sprinting into a puddle. It started to get cold so me and the fox went inside the treehouse. In the next morning, nature grows and the multicolored flowers in different colors. The tree was growing fruit freshly. I went  and then a fruit fell. I noticed it was a Jackfruit. I got a stoned up knife and a stick as a handle. I bashed up the Jackfruit. I heard some people and then the mad scientist made me human again and then ran home.

Almost swallowed by a Whale!

Today In room 9 we have been writing about an recount. we had to interview about a man a whale almost swallowed a human photographer. It was about of a sardine run and then a whale came up and had a person on the side of its mouth. We had to watch the video and write down the questions that the Interviewer. Here is my script.

My recount writing

 Hey readers today I am going to share my recount writing that I have finished. Her is some of m recount writing. 

In the morning me, my dad and my brother went to the park because my dad was having a game of soccer. I asked my dad if I can go on the playground. My dad said yes. So my friends and I went to the playground and went on the looooong fly fox. It was very fun and I kept playing and playing. When  the third game of soccer finished I went to a place where I got a coke and chips. My dad ordered two cokes and chips and my dad had a beer. I was so hungry. After that we went home. I watched some movies and went straight to bed.

Have I made I snow man?

Hey readers, Today I am going to share you my story well its not a story but it happened

For my first time I have build an snowman before. But it did not have a carrot nose. We went to a park that had lot and lots of snow. I made a giant snow ball. One time I decided that I want to make A snowman.

I found, rock,stick and snow. here is a picture of a snowman.

Things that I eat in the winter
