Today I am going to show you How to make a hot chocolate at home. 

What you well need for your hot chocolate

A jug

A microwave

3 heaped tsp hot chocolate powder

200ml milk

Marshmallows

Squirty cream

A cup

Food labels

 Hey readers, today I am going to share my food labels that how much of the sugar and sodium there were in the food so if we are allowed to bring them to school. Here are some of the photos. 

red means there are too much sugar and sodium in the food which means a bad choice. 

orange means sometime a good choice 

and green means a good choice for food.
