Hey readers/bloggers
I have decided that I should make a part to of my pirate story. So I did. I just finished my story and here it is.
I am a Year 6 ākonga/student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. My kaiko/teacher is Whaea Miki. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful, and helpful when you leave me a comment.
Hey readers/bloggers
I have decided that I should make a part to of my pirate story. So I did. I just finished my story and here it is.
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
I'm glad that they made it off the island. It sounds like it would of been doom and gloom if they'd stayed.
ReplyDeleteHere's a question for you Yavnit-How do they know that the king had the key that would unlock the chest?.
Take care and keep warm.
I have forgot about that. Good Question. They found a paper on top of the chest and showed a golden key. The other keys was silver. I will change that soon.
DeleteWhat a lever idea that was Yavnit,to use to different colours. It would save time finding one key that fits, rather than search through lots of keys.
DeleteTake care and thank you so much for all the effort you have put into your posts.
Hi Yavnit, I enjoy seeing you and the rest of the class in the mornings. Do you think you would have gone exploring when you knew you might have been chased. I think I would have got off the island as quickly as I could.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to have a happy ending.
Just a thought...if you click on the blue lines it will give you a different option and you can choose. Great work, I love the imagination you have shown.
Hi Yavnit. Thank you for writing part 2. You had hooked me in to the story with part 1 and I really wanted to know what was going to happen next! It’s good you had a happy ending but I wonder if they might have some more adventures on the 7 seas? Perhaps you might come up with some more? Enjoy the rest of the day 🙂
ReplyDeleteKia orana Yavnit,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing part 2 with us! I think we have all enjoyed reading it. I do have one question for you.. why did the pirates chop down the trees?
Have a great day,
Whaea Miki
